CHILD SAFETY PROTECTION

Sabhyata Live maintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any behavior that endangers minors. Protecting children is our highest absolute priority.

Our Strict Enforcement

Prohibited Content: Sharing, promoting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) results in immediate account termination and reporting.
Grooming: Any attempt to contact or groom minors for sexual purposes is strictly forbidden.
Sexual Suggestion: Any content depicting minors in sexually suggestive situations is prohibited.

REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES: We actively cooperate with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and global law enforcement agencies. Every violation involving a minor is immediately reported with all identifying information.

How We Protect Minors

Advanced Detection: We use industry-standard automated scanning technology to identify and block known CSAM.
24/7 Priority Review: Reports involving child safety are escalated to the top of our moderation queue for immediate human review.
Account Removal: We strictly enforce age limits and remove any user found to be underage or attempting to contact minors inappropriately.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our guidelines, please report it immediately:

In-App Reporting

Tap the three dots menu on any stream, message, or profile and select "Report". Choose the appropriate reason and provide any additional details.

Email Reporting

For urgent matters or detailed reports, email us at contact@sabhyatalive.com with:

The username of the account you're reporting
A description of the violation
Screenshots or recordings if available
Date and time of the incident

Emergency Situations

If someone is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first. Then report the situation to us so we can take appropriate action on our platform.

Safety Tips

Protect your account: Use a strong password and never share your login credentials.
Be cautious with personal info: Don't share your address, phone number, or financial details on stream.
Trust your instincts: If something feels wrong, leave the stream and report it.
Block unwanted users: Use the block feature to prevent specific users from contacting you.
Enable privacy settings: Review your privacy settings to control who can view your profile and message you.
