4. Content Guidelines
All content you create, upload, or share through the Service must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
5. Virtual Currency and Gifts
Sabhyata Live features virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual gifts. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash except through our official withdrawal process for creators
- All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable
- We reserve the right to modify the pricing or availability of virtual items
- Creators receive a percentage of gift value as specified in our Creator Terms
- Virtual items may expire or be modified at our discretion
6. Creator Earnings
If you are a creator earning through gifts:
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings
- Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply
- We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraud is suspected
- Revenue share percentages are subject to change with notice
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create, but by posting content on Sabhyata Live, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- Any unused Coins or virtual items may be forfeited
- We may delete your content and account data
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT POSTED BY USERS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SABHYATA LIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabhyata Live and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
